11 witnesses in Elections case will be paraded in the constitutional court from Thursday 12 September, 2019.
This has been announced after lawyer of UTM finished re-examining fourth witness Bright Kawaga.
In the morning the court announced that lawyers will be cross examining 4 or 5 witnesses a day.
Judge Hilley Potani announced this on Wednesday before lawyer of president professor Peter Mutharika Frank Mbeta began cross examining Kawaga.
“The first petitioner which is UTM party has 40 witnesses while the second petitioner Malawi Congress Party 38 witnesses,” Potani said
Meanwhile, lawyer of UTM party has re-examined Kawaga.
