IIB closes offices over coronavirus

In a bid to prevent the spread of Corona Virus, Islamic Information Bureau IIB has closed its offices across the country.

Limbe IIB coordinator Sheikh Ahmad Chienda said the measure has been implemented following government’s announcement that the country is in a state of disaster.

“The closure will last until the situation normalizes,” says Sheikh Chienda

However he said the temporary closure will only affect reading services.

Sheikh Chienda has meanwhile asked Muslims to supplicate to Allah and follow all the precautionary measures put in place to avoid the disease.
