MCP Donates To Mother Of Quadruplets

Malawi Congress Party MCP has donated assorted items to a mother Joyce Banda who gave birth to quadruplets.

Speaking at Kamuzu central hospital where the children are admitted wife of Vice president of MCP Abida Mia said they donated various items valued at 250 thousand kwacha.

Mia urged members of the general public to help Banda who needs many things to take care of the three triplets.

“The wife of president of MCP approached me to buy these things and she promised that once free she will visit the Banda and her triplets,” said Mia

In her remarks, senior nursing officer at Kamuzu Central hospital Flora Khonje said the donation is very important for the mother as she is poor.

Khonje said one child died there she has left with triplets who are in good health.
