Women IJITMA In October

Muslim Women Organisation MWO says preparations for this year’s Annual Muslim women conference known as IJTIMA are going on well.

In an interview with radio Islam, Organizing Secretary Emma Tepani said Women IJTIMA will take place in Mzimba district at old airport.

“The conference will be held in October,” Tepani said.

She also said the theme for this year’s women IJTMA is “Prayers build faith and peace.”

Tepani added that there will be no guest of honour because of the political scene ahead of 2019 tripartite elections.

Women IJTIMA is held every in different areas across the country.
