President Mutharika Goes to Russia Africa Summit

State president Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika says the Russia Africa Summit will help boost relations between Russia and Malawi.

Mutharika was speaking during his departure for the 1^st Russia Africa summit in Russia.

He said “Malawi has benefited mainly from scholarships from Russia but added with the visit, Malawi will likely benefit in terms of infrastructure development, agriculture and engineering.”

This summit takes place after Japan recently held a summit with African countries
