IIB offices reopen

Islamic Information Bureau IIB has announced that it will resume its activities on Monday.

According to Limbe IIB coordinator Sheikh Ahmad Chienda, all its offices across the country will be reopened after noting that the conduct of daily affairs is returning to normal.

“One can easily note that there is laxity of some measures meant to fight covid-19 such as reopening of prayer houses and continued gatherings of more than 100 people,” He said.

He faulted government for failing to enforce the measures put in place.

Sheikh Chienda further says his office has put in place measures to prevent further spread of the disease as it resumes its activities.
