Palestine Solidarity Movement, Muslim Scholar welcome African Union’s ousting of Israel representative from Summit

Palestine solidarity Movement in Malawi and a Muslim scholar have commended African Union AU for ousting an Israeli representative from its Summit.

Palestine Solidarity Movement in Malawi national coordinator Asabuni Phiri expressed happiness with AU’s action in Ethiopia adding the organization has answered to their letter against Israel’s apartheid to Palestine.

Asabuni said Malawi leadership should learn from African Union’s action of ousting Israeli representative as it is a sign that countries should respect the rights of people in Palestine.

Concurring with Phiri is sheikh Muslim Abass Vinjenje, deputy principle for Assalam Mualim Institute in Mangochi who said African Union has sent a very big message to Israel and Malawi government that there is no room to entertain countries that violate human rights of people in Palestine.
