Constitutional court has sent out people for misbehaving when lawyer of UTM Khumbo Soko was cross examining second witness of Malawi Electoral Commission Hesley Munkhondiya in elections case.

However, the judges said they can attend the afternoon session.

They reminded the public that cheering or whispering is not allowed in court.

Earlier, the judges reminded Munkhondiya to answer the questions properly because he was not abiding by the advice.

“My Munkhondiya we have been advising you to listen carefully and answer the questions precisely. You should know that the answers will be the same during the re-examination,” said the judge

Meanwhile, lawyer of Malawi Congress Party which is the second petitioner in the case is expected to begin cross examining Munkhondiya in the afternoon
