MCP Asks Supporters to be Loyal

Malawi Congress Party (MCP) has asked its followers in Mangochi to remain loyal.

The request was made during the Thank You Rally which was held at Mtakataka Turn-Off Ground in Monkey bay.

Speaking to the mass, MCP campaign Director Moses Kumkuyu warned some traditional leaders in Mangochi who threaten citizens in exercise their constitutional rights.

“You should participate in nationwide demonstrationsfrom Wednesday to Friday organised by Human Rights Defenders Coalition,” Kumkuyu said

During the rally Gerald Kazembe MCP Parliamentary candidate on May 21 polls donated one hundred thousand kwacha cash to all schools in the area to purchase learning materials

“I had decided to offer the donation as most of the schools in his area are facing different challenges,” said Kazembe

Kazembe is challenging elections results which saw DPP’s Ralph Jooma winning
