CSO’s, NGO’s & Dedza council sign MOU

Dedza the district council has signed a Memorandum of Understanding MOU with the network of Nongovernmental NGO’s and civil society organizations CSO’s.
Speaking during the ceremony, Dedza district commissioner James Kanyangalazi said the MOU will help to cement the already existing relationship between the two parties.
Kanyangalazi said “the CSO’s and NGO’s are there to complement government efforts because it cannot manage to reach out to every citizen with the required services.”
