Dawa Association against intimidating non muslims

Dawah veterans in the country have condemned the tendency of some Muslim youth of intimidating non Muslims during comparative dawah programmes.

Speaking to radio Islam Sheikh Kamwendo, one of the founding sheikhs of Dawah Association of Malawi DAM said the tendency is forcing non Muslims to shun such events.

“Acts of intimidation should be condoned as the quran encourages dawa through peaceful means,” said sheikh Kamwendo.

In his remarks, Muslim Association of Malawi MAM Vice national Chair, Sheikh Shuaib Ibrahim said it is disheartening to note that acts of intimidating non Muslims during dawa are growing roots.
