Ex-minister forms pressure group

As one way of taking government to task, former minister of information Moses Kumkuyu has launched a movement called Alliance Transformation (TA) which is expected to be a political party by 2019 elections.

Speaking during the press briefing in Blantyre Kumkuyu who is also interim leader of the Alliance and previously worked with Peoples’ Party said had observed that current administration is reluctant in many issues.

“Government is failing to solve cash gate issues, hiking of fees at university of Malawi and failing to arrest murderers of senior officer at Ant- corruption bureau just to mention a few,” stressed Kumkuyu

He further said his grouping aims at empowering the youth in politics in order to have a responsible president in the next five years.
