Muslim Association of Malawi asks Muslims to take care of sheikhs

Muslim Association of Malawi MAM has asked Muslims in Mangochi district to take care of sheikhs as one way of appreciate the work they do in developing Islam.

Vice chairman for MAM in Mangochi Sheikh Fahad Kamsuli made the call during official opening of Abubakr Masjid.

Kamsuli said taking care of sheikhs motivates them hence developing Islam.

He further said “we discussed with the donor of the masjid to make sure that welfare of sheikhs is considered.”

Commenting Muhammad Cassim Ibrahim from cape town in South Africa said he funded the project as one way of getting reward from Allah.

“I am happy that Muslims in Malawi promote peace and unity during Islamic activities,” Ibrahim said.

Ibrahim has asked Muslims in Mangochi to take care of the masjid .
