President Chakwera fails to appear in parliament tomorrow

President Dr Lazarus has failed to appear in parliament tomorrow to answer will questions as earlier announced

Second deputy speaker of parliament Aisha Mambo Adams has announced that Chakwera will appear in parliament next week

Adams said the speaker of parliament Catherine Catherine Gotani Hara has now recovered from covid-19

She made the announcement after parliament approved votes of various ministries and departments but differed to tomorrow the national local government vote

Chakwera appeared before parliament during the first meeting of 2020 to 2021 national budget where he answered various questions including the one on Malawi’s decision to establish embassy in Jerusalem
