Radio Islam listeners Association to Establish ECD Centres in Malawi.

Radio Islam listeners Association is planning to establish early childhood development ECD centres in Malawi.

Vice president of the Association Davie Daudi Mpalume disclosed in Mangochi during a meeting organised by Malindi Radio Islam listener’s zone aimed at presenting the by-laws which it has drafted and new elected owners of the group.

“In the ECD centres children will be learning Islamic and secular education for them to have bright future,” said Mpalume.

Commenting trustee for Malindi Radio Islam listeners zone Lameck Allen said the drafted bylaws will help to govern the welfare and activities of the grouping.

Allen who is also Treasurer General for Radio Islam listeners Association said Rashid John and Mushi James are the new elected owners of Malindi radio Islam listeners’ zone who will be supporting programs.

“We elected the two as a reward for assisting the group in its Islamic activities,” said Allen.

He requested members of Radio Islam Listeners association to promote unity in order to achieve its goals.
