RAILA challenges district committees to enhance charity

Radio Islam Listeners Association RAILA has urged its district committees to enhance charity works to improve the livelihood of the vulnerable people in their respective areas.

RAILA Secretary Justice Labana made the appeal in Salima when RAILA Salima Committee donated food items to a needy family in chisonga village T/A Chisamba in the district

Labana said, charity work is beneficial for both dunia and hereafter.

On her part, Chairlady for Salima RAILA committee Reyhana Katalama Abdullah said they thought of assisting the family after learning of the socioeconomic challenges of the family through social media
