Vice President Warns Ministers On Corruption

Vice president Everton Chimulirenji has advised cabinet ministers to work effectively.

Chimulirenji has said this during the opening of orientation workshop for cabinet ministers at Nkopola Lodge in Mangochi.

He said “the workshop is very important as it will equip the Ministers and their deputies with knowledge and skills needed to execute their duties efficiently.”

Chimulirenji then warned them to avoid indulging in corruption because it brings many problems.

In her remarks Minister of Labour and manpower development Martha Lunji said the workshop will help them to have necessary skills to use in their roles.

Speaking Minister of local government and rural development Beni Phiri said whoever engages in corruption will face the law.
