Former first lady Annie Chidzira Muluzi has died at a hospital in Kenya

 

Office of president and cabinet has announced the death saying she died on Tuesday 28^th December 2021

 

Chief Secretary to government Zangazanga Chikhosi says Annie Muluzi died at Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi after a long battle with cancer

 

“Details of the funeral arrangements and repatriation of the body will be announced later,” Chikhosi

 

Annie Muluzi is the mother of president of UDF Atupele Muluzi and hailed from Lilongwe district

 

She was staying in US after divorcing the former President Bakili Muluzi
