Magistrate to Deliver Judgment on Kalindo’s Appeal

Lilongwe senior resident magistrate has said will deliver his judgment on Boni Kalindo’s appeal to vacate the warrant of his arrest

The court ordered Kalindo’s arrest last week because of breaching bail conditions in a case he is answering of declaring that he knew people who were killing persons with albinism

Lawyer of Kalindo Stanley Chirwa said is disappointed with the way the state is handling the matter

This means that Kalindo will spend another night in police custody

Judge Wanangwa Nyirenda is expected to present the judgment tomorrow
