Parliament confirms new director of public prosecutions

Speaking to journalists Chamkakala refused to comment on the interview but promised Malawians that disagreements that they have been witnessing between ant corruption bureau and DPP office will soon come to an end if he is confirmed

Chamkakala was appointed DPP by President Lazarus Chakwera after he fired Dr Steve Kayuni

Kayuni was dismissed because he grabbed director of Ant Corruption Bureau Martha Chizuma to court over a leaked audio conversation
