Zomba District Council Reviews Health Sector

Zomba district council says will make sure that all its sectors have strategic plans.

The newly appointed district commissioner Raphael Piringu said this during an annual review meeting for the health sector.

“Strategic plans are vital as they help in ensuring smooth implementation of its activities,” said Piringu

On the review meeting the district commissioner said it was of great importance as it helped to know weaknesses and strengths hence planning well for the coming financial year.

However he expressed concern over theft of water pumping equipment in some facilities which is costing the council a lot.
