As JCE exams begin, Minister warns against leakage

As this year’s Junior Certificate Examinations (JCE) are underway Minister of education Madalitso Kambauwa Wirima has sent a strong warning to individuals that contravene administration of examinations

Speaking after touring some schools in Machinga Wirima says her ministry is monitoring the examinations with keen interest to avoid leakages because it has beefed up security by additional Malawi defence force soldiers

She expressed satisfaction with how JCE exams have started since they have not received complaints from all centres across the country

According to Malawi National Examinations Board MANEB 176, 341 candidates registered to sit for 2023 JCE examinations
