MANEB Asks Examination Managers To Adhere To Guidelines.

Malawi National Examinations Board MANEB has asked all examination managers and administrators to adhere to examinations guidelines.

Speaking during a meeting with District Education managers from South West education division, MANEB executive Director, Gerard Chiunda, said this can help in minimizing some of the challenges encountered during examinations.

Chiunda said this year they have put in place strict measures to ensure that there are no examination malpractices, saying last year they had convicted 29 people.

He asked district education managers to indicate medical reports of teachers who have been selected to invigilate this year’s examination.

Chiunda said this is so following reports that some teachers were getting sick now and then during examinations hence affecting the process.

He assured the teachers and other examination administrators that there will be no delay in paying allowances.
