NONMM commemorates World Nurses day

National Organization for Nurses and Midwives in Malawi (NONMM) is today commemorating the World Nurses day.

Commenting on the day Executive Director for the organization Harriet Kapyepye, said the day was set aside to commemorate the birthday the founder of nursing field.

Kapyepye said the day also showcases the role of nurses and midwives play to the social economic development of the country.
