Finance Minister engages Chiefs on Economic Crisis

Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs Simplex Chithyola Banda says it is the responsibility of everyone to provide means on how the country can heal from economic crisis

Chithyola Banda made the remarks during an interface meeting with all paramount and senior chiefs on economic recovery

He disclosed that has put in place three strategic pillars for a quick economic recovery which are food, fertilizer, forex and fuel.

Chithyola Banda stressed that paramount and senior chiefs have critical role in ensuring that the successful implementation of strategic economic recovery programs

In his remarks Inkosi Yamakhosi Mbelwa welcomed government’s involvement of chiefs in the process of economic recovery
