Chimwala Radio Islam listeners celebrate best zone award

Radio Islam listeners at Chimwala zone in Mangochi have held celebrations of an award of best zone in the country

Speaking during the celebrations at Chimwala primary school vice chairperson of Radio Islam listeners association Davie Daudi Mpalume urged the zone to teach other zones about its conducts its programs.

Mpalume encouraged Chimwala radio Islam listeners to continue doing charity work.

“I urged Muslims across the country and Chimwala Radio Islam listeners to unite in order to achieve their goal of alleviating challenges the vulnerable people face,” says Mpalume

Speaking at the same ceremony chairman of Chimwala zone who is group village headman Lipende said were proud to be crowned the best of all zones.

Lipende said they will continue supporting the needy and urged Chimwala health centre to seek their assistance when required.
