BWB installs prepaid meters

Blantyre Water Board (BWB) says has said will begin installing 2000 prepaid meters to its customers in Thursday.

Speaking to Radio Islam BWB Public Relations Officer Pricilla Mateyu said they have installed 3000 metres as their target was 5000 metres in the trial phase.

Mateyu said introduction of these meters will reduce loses the board has been incurring every year.
