Chitipa Water Supply project commissioned

State president Arthur Peter Mutharika has commissioned Chitipa Water Supply Project.

Speaking during a function Mutharika said the project will bring portable water to residents of Chitipa district.

He said the project is one of several development projects which DPP led administration has lined up for the Northern region.

“Time when the north was considered dead is gone as his government is fulfilling all promises it made three years ago when it was voted back to power,” said Mutharika.

The project is being funded by Arab Bank for Economic development in Africa BADEA.
