Germany pledges support on cancer fight

Germany has promised support Malawi in the fight against cancer.

German Ambassador to Malawi Juergen Borsch said this during physical exercise organized by hope for cancer foundation in Lilongwe.

Speaking after the initiative Borsch said international organizations and Malawians must join hands to make Malawi a cancer free country.

Commenting, founder of hope for cancer foundation Brandina Kondowe said the initiative was organized to source money towards establishment of Cancer treatment centre in Lilongwe.
