Germany’s largest Masjid reopens after bomb threat
Germany’s largest Masjid has reopened after it was closed because of bomb threat.
Following a thorough search at the Masjid complex with special teams and bomb-sniffing dogs, the police found no bomb and determined the threat was a hoax.
The Masjid officials said the complex was evacuated after receiving a bomb threat via telephone.
“It was the second time in four months that the Masjid has been threatened with a bomb attack,” they said
In June, a bomb threat, apparently emailed by a far-right organisation, had forced the evacuation of visitors and staff at the masjid complex but later it turned out to be hoax.
