UGANDA MUSLIM SCHOLAR CALLS ON MUSLIM LEADERS IN MALAWI TO USE MODERN TECHNIQUES TO SOLVE PROBLEMS

Uganda based Islamic Scholar has called on Muslim leaders in the country to use contemporary ways when solving problems.

The remarks were made during the opening of a four day workshop for Muslim leaders, the youth and families in Blantyre.

Speaking to Radio Islam, Sheikh Adam Mussa from University of Uganda said “Muslim communities in Malawi are facing many challenges that need modern ways of dealing with them without compromising Islamic doctrine.”

Sheikh Mussa further said he decided to travel to Malawi to share knowledge with Muslim leaders, the youths and Muslim families for them to be equipped with leadership skills.
